Oatman Arizona

The Big trip trip to Oatman Arizona.
We have been to this place a couple of times and it is always interesting.

We usually take the dirt road from Bullhead to Oatman.

Love the desert.

What made it different this time was that we had our grandchildren with us.
That’s Laura and yes she's pregnant with the fourth G-Baby, Kayden, Brooklyn and Dominic.

They loved the donkeys.
I just couldn't seem to take a picture with everybody looking up at the same time.

They have the big shootout show.

That's one fine looking post office.

Yesterday We Went to London

Here it is, The London Bridge
It was purchased for about 2.5 million dollars and brought over here in pieces and reassembled.

Completed Modifications on The Weber Jumbo Joe BBQ

Completed modifications on the Weber Jumbo Joe BBQ.
Natural Briquettes are the only way to go for me.

I lost my "Weber BBQ Performer Deluxe" to downsizing.

I'm Sad.
The next best thing was this Weber Jumbo Joe which is an 18 inch grill with the short legs.
We also got the portable table, they work well together.

Mod #1 add a thermometer to the top of the lid for the slow cook experience.

Mod #2 add a nut and bolt to the lower vent so I don't get burned trying to close it.

Yep that's 1 of our pink flamingos on guard duty . We almost lost one last night to a 10 mile an hour wind. He got knocked down but I just brushed him off and put him right back in the ground.
Back to work you flamingos you. Pink flamingos are a staple of campers all over the world.

Who doesn't love sunsets

After about 6 hours on the road we finally arrived at Avi KOA Campground.
Dean was there to meet us. We had to set up in the dark for the first time. This was never our plan.
You can't see anything in the dark. Yes that's a TV tray.

It went well.

To be clear the first cruise was called in Western Caribbean Cruise this is a Easter Caribbean Cruise.
