We had to make two trips because of rain.
This was day 1.

We took about 280 pictures total.

Day 2, a nice sunny day

This hike starts west the river adjacent to the Lodge.
On the way to the pools we saw deer and heard a number of frogs.

Just before the tunnel

All of the Mountain Goats and Buffalo were on the east end of 

the Mount Carmel Tunnel, Link. The tunnel was completed in 1930, its 1.1 miles long.

I would say you could probably see Zion in a day but if you're a hiker there's a lot to do.

I would say you probably need 3 days.
